Processing times, Refunds & Disclaimer

PROCESSING TIMES:


Cookies are all freshly made to order and this is usually within 2-5 days of your order being received. If for any reason  I anticipate going over this timeframe I shall contact you. Delivery is with Royal Mail,  2nd class and  this usually takes 2-3 working days but obviously delays can happen from time to time.  Please allow extra time over bank holidays. (Currently UK only) 

REFUNDS/RETURNS: 

Due to the made to order, bespoke and perishable nature of the items I sell,  refunds/returns are only permitted should the item be damaged or not as described… ie: wrong item is sent. I’m sorry but I cannot offer refunds or substitute items should your small furry not like the items you’ve chosen. 

Please note storage methods are paramount!  100% dry and airtight are key as I do not use any preservatives! 

If adding a note to an order for example,  “please add rose” you must make it clear which rose item you’d like, ie rose petal, rose hip etc…  If details are not specific the item closest to the top of the treat list will be selected. 

Please do contact me within 48 hours if your order is damaged or not as described. Return postage costs are not free of charge. 

DISCLAIMER:

 If choosing your own treats for cookies with the Bespoke  flavour option, please ensure the item is safe for your pet.  All items are chinchilla safe as that is where my expertise lies. Unless otherwise requested I use flowers, leaves and roots for degus and guinea pigs. 

Cookies and treats are not a replacement for good quality pellets and hays, although all the ingredients are perfectly safe there’s no substitute for a good quality hay for the best dental workout.
